FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions that come up before reserving a party bus.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Reserve as soon as the date and guest count are close. Each bus size is limited, and a deposit holds the vehicle for your event.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Friday and Saturday rentals usually have a longer minimum. Sunday through Thursday rentals can be more flexible depending on availability.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes. Share the pickup area, stops, and timing in the quote form so the team can price the route correctly.
Which bus should I choose?
Start with guest count, then choose features: restroom, dance pole, TVs, lighting, wet bar, and how much room you want.
Is there an additional charge for trips outside of the area?
We include unlimited stops within a 30-mile radius of the pickup location. Beyond that radius, there is a 20% fuel charge. After that, travel can extend anywhere in the state of Florida.
Is smoking in the party bus allowed?
No. The fleet follows a non-smoking policy so each bus stays fresh and clean for every group.
Where can I find the rates?
Pricing changes with season and availability, so the team handles rates directly. Requesting a quote is free.
At what point does my reservation begin and end?
Your reservation begins at the scheduled pickup time. Drivers usually arrive about 10 minutes early, and travel time is not billed separately. The trip ends once the last passenger exits the bus.
Does anything come with the party bus?
Yes. The standard setup includes ice, cups, sodas, and cranberry juice.
Do you supply alcohol?
No. Service is strictly BYOB. Guests 21 and over can bring the beverages they want on board.
